Eligibility:PIPEF and NMKT opportunities are for students of Niue, Samoa, Cook Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Fiji and other Pacific Islands descent who hold New Zealand citizenship or permanent residence in New Zealand. Students holding a temporary student permit are NOT eligible for assistance from PIPEF or NMKT.

Description: Pacific Islands Polynesian Education Foundation promotes and encourages the better education of Polynesians and provides financial assistance for Polynesian people undertaking tertiary study here in New Zealand.The Pacific Islands Polynesian Education Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed by the Governor General.the foundation is offering a $2,000 scholarship annually to Post Graduate students studying to benefit the Polynesian peoples.
