-The Candidate must be a national or permanent resident of Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland and eligible to be admitted to the MEL Programme.

Scholarship Description: The MEL Scholarship Trust Fund (STF) and the DVB Bank may offer a part tuition fee waiver scholarship to a Scandinavian candidate for the best essay on Shipping Finance. The winner should join MEL in the same Academic Year of application and the Scholarship cannot be transferred to a subsequent year. All other expenses, such as housing, travel, insurance, etc., are borne by the candidate.
