Eligibility:
The successful candidate should have a Masters Degree in Medialogy or related areas, primarily Computer Science. Previous experience with programming is mandatory, and some didactic knowledge would be an advantage, especiely in the field of technology enhanced learning. Teaching commitments will primarily be within the Medialogy education at Aalborg University in Copenhagen and will primarily take place within the frames of the cand. scient. and engineering educations but also with other educations of the university. The teaching will be in English.

Scholarship Description: The stipend is a 3-year position within Medialogy with a specific emphasis on media science and associated technologies. The position is placed at The Department of Architecture, Design & Media Technology, section of Medialogy, and the work place is Aalborg University Copenhagen. The position includes a research education with special attention focused on achieving the PhD competences and title. The overall aim of the research area will be to investigate the possibilities of interactive media technologies to support teaching and learning of mathematics at undergraduate university level. Further focus will be on designing a virtual interactive “textbook” for some of undergraduate math topics.
