Applicants are invited to apply for ABN Clinical Research Training Fellowship in neurological disciplines resulting in a PhD. The fellowship is available for the UK and Irish applicants to pursue three-year training programme.
The aim of the fellowship is to support trainees who want to study an aspect of clinical neuroscience in depth for three or four years and obtain an MD or PhD degree.
The Association of British Neurologists is a professional organization. The association produces guidelines for the treatment of neurological conditions.

- Salary (plus PhD fees, reasonable travel costs, and a contribution to consumables up to a maximum of £10,000 per annum) will be funded. We will not fund salary where the applicant already has secure salary funding for a 3 year period.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Applicants for the fellowships will either already hold the UK or Irish specialist training post in Neurology (or in the case of the stroke fellowship another appropriate medical speciality), or be planning to enter Neurology specialist training (or in the case of the stroke fellowship other appropriate medical specialities) after completion of a PhD.
Nationality: Applicants of UK and Ireland can apply for the fellowship.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement: Applicants must be neurologists and other physicians interested in stroke.
English Language Requirement: Applicants must be fluent in English.
