This prestigious scholarship supports outstanding international students commencing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Ministry at ACU. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be international students applying for full-time enrolment in a Doctor of Philosophy or Doctor of Ministry program at ACU. How to Apply

Interested applicants will be automatically considered for the Vice Chancellor’s PhD Excellence Scholarship when they apply for a PhD or Doctor of Ministry at ACU. No separate scholarship application is required.

Benefits

Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive scholarship package, including:

  • Stipend: AUD $33,511 per annum (2025 rate, indexed annually) for up to 3.5 years

  • Tuition Fees: Full tuition fee waiver for up to 3.5 years

  • Relocation Allowance: Up to AUD $2,000 for overseas relocation
