-A personal statement of 500 words or less that demonstrates your ‘airpersonship’ qualities. This personal statement should demonstrate the applicants :
-‘airpersonship’ attributes including leadership, communication, respect for peers and teamwork skills, and also the demonstration of personal attributes such as persistence, assertiveness, and decision-making
-social responsibility through engagement in community and industry activities as well as commitment to the industry and striving to achieve prospective career objectives
-A character referee report from a current or past employer or a person competent to supply a character reference
-Demonstration of financial need.
