The British Council offers Stanley Picker Fellowships open to all ages and nationalities. These fellowships are available to pursue research in Design and Fine Art for the academic year 2017.
The aim of the program is to increase the proportion of Research at British Council.

The British Council is a British organization specializing in international cultural and educational opportunities. It works in over 100 countries: promoting a wider knowledge of the UK and the English language; encouraging cultural, scientific, technological and educational co-operation with the UK; and changing people’s lives through access to UK education, skills, qualifications, culture and society.

Scholarship Award: Each Fellowship provides up to £12,000 and valuable access to the extensive material workshops, technical resources, and expertise within the Faculty of Art, Design & Architecture and the wider University departments, to support a practice-based, innovative research project that will result in an exhibition of international standing at the Stanley Picker Gallery.
Number of Scholarships: Two fellowships will be awarded.
