The Dominion Post intends to fund in 2011 at Victoria University of Wellington up to three research scholarships in the areas of Communications Studies, Media Studies, Creative Writing or Information Management. The Dominion Post is the second-largest daily newspaper in the country and has a wonderful legacy in the publishing world. It was launched on July 8 2002, following the merger of the capital’s two daily newspapers, The Dominion and the Evening Post. For students studying at Victoria University of Wellington in the areas of Communications Studies, Media Studies, Creative Writing or Information Management.
