NUS UTown is awarding Elaine Low Undergraduate Scholarship to high calibre individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, present excellent co-curricular activities records and exhibit outstanding leadership qualities.

The scholarship is valued at $10,000 annually and is bond-free. Applicants must be full-time NUS undergraduates in the Academic Year 2014/2015 and have GCE ‘A’ levels, Diploma from a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent qualifications (e.g. International Baccalaureate).

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

  • be full-time NUS undergraduates in the Academic Year 2014/2015;
  • preferably be from ASEAN and People’s Republic of China (PRC);
  • be residing at College of Alice & Peter Tan, Cinnamon College (USP) or Tembusu College;
  • have strong leadership qualities and potential;
  • have outstanding extra-curricular activities records; and
  • have GCE ‘A’ levels, Diploma from a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent qualifications (e.g. International Baccalaureate).
