(a) be a Year 2 or above full-time undergraduate student of the Department of Electronic Engineering;
(b) have attained a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 by the end of 2010/11;
c) be able to demonstrate records in local community services or outstanding performance in extra-curricular activities.
