Eligibility:
-Full time undergraduate students in Year 3 or Year 4 of the Honours Global Studies program;
-satisfactory academic achievement (minimum cumulative GPA of 6.0 [C+]);
-community involvement;
-must have obtained academic credit through field work or international study;
-Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident (landed immigrant) or Protected Person;
-long-term resident of Ontario; proven financial need

Scholarship Description: Endowed award; established by Marlene Ibrahim in honour of her father’s belief that a good education is a gateway to a successful and happy life; preference will be given to applicants who have done field work or international study in the Caribbean or Latin America
