Applicants from any country may apply through a university, hospital, or non-profit research institution. Projects must focus specifically on Fragile X syndrome, with priority given to translational, clinical, or curative research. A Letter of Intent to FRAXA’s Chief Scientific Officer is required before submitting an application, and fellowship proposals are limited to one per laboratory.
