Science Poster Competition in Canada

École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) is offering students an excellent opportunity to apply for the Future Undergraduate Scholarships Competition. The award is open for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The competition is open to undergraduate and master’s students from all nationalities. Applicants must present a poster related to a scientific research project and be able to deliver an oral presentation in English or French. Participants can win cash prizes up to $500, receive expert feedback from a jury, improve scientific communication skills, access training workshops, and gain exposure through poster exhibition at the library.

Eligibility

  • Must present a topic related to an ongoing or recent research project

  • Ability to explain scientific concepts in lay terms

  • Willingness to give an individual or group oral presentation supported by a poster

  • Presentations must be delivered in English or French

  • Poster must be submitted by February 19, 2026

How to Apply

  • Register online between January 5 and February 6, 2026

  • (Optional) Attend the information meeting on February 3, 2026

  • Submit the final version of the poster by February 19, 2026

  • Participate in the poster presentation on February 26, 2026
