-Be a Mongolian citizen residing in Mongolia
-Hold a university degree (at least B.A. or equivalent, please provide a copy of your diploma)
-Be fluent in English and have an IBT score of 80, Institutional TOEFL 550; IELTS 6.5. (If you have not taken the test yet, it is important that you take the test as soon as possible and submit a copy of your TOEFL score report along with your application. Applications without TOEFL will be considered ineligible, so please plan accordingly. TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years. The test score shall be valid at least till August 1, 2014).
