Applications for the Global Wales Post Graduate Scholarship are now open. The scheme offers awards of up to £10,000 towards the cost of tuition fees for one-year postgraduate master’s courses at any of Wales’ universities.

The scholarships are available to students from Vietnam, India, the USA, Canada and countries of the European Union. The program offers scholarships worth up to £10,000 to study a full-time master’s program in Wales.

• Applicants must have submitted an application to study an eligible postgraduate program at one of the following Welsh Universities:

• Cardiff University
• Cardiff Metropolitan University
• Swansea University
• University of South Wales
• The University of Wales Trinity Saint David
• Wrexham Glyndwr University
• Applicants must be due to start their postgraduate program in September 2023.
• Applicants must be classed as an overseas student for fee-paying purposes;

How to Apply

• How to Apply: All universities in Wales offer scholarships under the scheme, and you need to have already applied for a place to study an eligible postgraduate program before they submit your scholarship application.
• Applicants should complete the application form for the Global Wales Post Graduate Scholarship.
• Supporting Documents: When submitting your application, you need to provide either original or certified copies of documents such as transcripts, qualifications and English language proficiency test results.
• Admission Requirements: There is a limit of a maximum of three applications per student, and students will need to have applied for all the courses and universities for which they are seeking a scholarship.
• Language Requirement: Students must demonstrate English proficiency to be admitted to academic study at one of any Welsh Universities.
