Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:
A Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident intending to take up citizenship. Candidates should possess the following:
- Excellent results in GCE ‘A’ Levels, Polytechnic Diploma with Merit or equivalent qualification (e.g. International Baccalaureate)
- Good Co-Curricular Activities records
- Strong leadership qualities
- An interest in a career with MSF
Nationality: A Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.
