  • Admissible Criteria: To be suitable, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:
  • Students can apply for courses in a range of subjects at the 49 institutions across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
  • Applicants should normally have obtained an upper second-class undergraduate degree with Honours (or international equivalent).

How to Apply

  • How to Apply: To be considered for the GREAT scholarship, applicants must apply for the MA Collaborative Theatre Production & Design.
  • Supporting Documents: Applicants must submit the following:
  • A portfolio: applicants to the program will be expected to submit a portfolio demonstrating their previous work concerning their area of professional interest. The portfolio will be expected to evidence a good general level of creative engagement with theatre making.
  • A personal statement: applicants will also need to submit a personal statement (500-1000 words) that outlines their creative engagement with contemporary theatre making and the motivation that informs their application.
  • Admission Requirements: Applicants must meet all the course academic entry requirements before applying at the school.
  • Language Requirement: Applicants for the MA in Collaborative Theatre Production and Design program who are non-native speakers of English must achieve before entry a minimum IELTS Academic Training Band Score of 7 with a minimum of 6.0 in all components (or equivalent). All candidates must sit an in-person test at an approved center.
