  • Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria: Applicant must have an associate degree from a Washington or Oregon Community College. Candidates must enroll within one year of graduating with an associate degree. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.
  • The applicant must be a full-time, degree-seeking student each semester. Applicant must be enrolled in a bachelor degree program. Candidates must have to maintain a minimum 2.5-semester grade point average and enroll in 12 or more credits each semester. Applicant must volunteer a minimum of 10 hours per semester.
