Through advanced qualitative and quantitative research methods, the successful candidate will investigate the policy-industry-research-implementation pipeline of these regions to understand the formation of their information networks.

- Admissible Criteria: Applicants must have a completed Master’s degree in political science, communication sciences, science and technology studies, media studies, international relations, European studies, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate excellent research skills, a cooperative attitude, enthusiasm for communicating academic research, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of Russian and/or Chinese is desirable.
