- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible for a Holland Scholarship, you should meet all the given requirements.
- A strong academic background with a PhD degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as robotics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in CAD design software, such as Solidworks, for mechanical design and simulation.
- Experience in kinematics and dynamics analysis for robotic systems.
- Expertise in electronics integration, including sensor selection and circuit design.
- Strong programming skills with knowledge of robotic middleware, such as ROS.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping techniques, including 3D printing.Expertise in control theory, including control algorithm design, modelling, and implementation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and experience with robotic middleware (e.g., ROS).
- Experience with hardware-software integration in robotics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to conduct independent research.
- Previous experience with medical robotics applications and familiarity with surgical procedures and environments is a plus.
