Sts., Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Philippines, Samoa, Sao Tome, and Principe, Senegal, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Swaziland, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, West Bank and Gaza, Yemen, Rep. and Zambia can apply for these masters programmes.
  • Entrance Requirements: Candidates should:
  • be citizens and residents of a low or middle-income country with a GNI not higher than $8000 per capita (as per the World Bank GNI per capita classification tables)
  • have an offer to study a full-time Master’s degree in London at the UCL Institute of Education (October 2020 start)
  • not have studied or lived in the UK before.
  • note that online courses are not eligible for these endowments
  • Applicants for a Masters’s degree who are not holding an offer at the time of the program deadline will not be eligible for this application .
  • English Language Requirements: IELTS score should be 7.0 overall (Reading: 6.5 and Writing: 6.0).
