To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following:
- International applicants are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must be advanced doctoral students and PhDs.

Benefits
Most programs given to doctoral students are in the range of $ 3,000- $ 15,000. Grants to senior scientists and post-doctoral students can be given up to $ 25,000.
