-Must be Australian citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia.
-Permanent residency means you have a current visa that permits you to live in Australia indefinitely.
-To be eligible for a scholarship, students need to be intending to commence the MBBS or the MBBS component of the dual degree in 2013.

Description: The MRBS Scheme is an Australian Government initiative designed to address doctor shortages outside metropolitan areas across Australia. The need for more doctors in rural Australia is widely recognised and many communities have identified having a local doctor high on their list of health priorities.
