- Enrol full-time at an accredited college or university (2-year colleges eligible)
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Have demonstrated unmet need (determined by institution)
Nationality: U.S. Citizen, U.S. national or permanent residents are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.
