The Monash University is inviting applications for Summer and Winter Research Scholarship Program. These are open to applicants enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate (coursework) student with an Australian higher education provider.

Research scholarships aim to provide students with experience in an area of research, an insight into future opportunities within research and encouragement to pursue a career in research or academia.

Monash University is an Australian public research university based in Melbourne, Australia. Founded in 1958, it is the second oldest university in the State of Victoria

Eligibility: All conditions must be met:

• Australian or New Zealand citizen, holder of an Australian permanent resident or permanent humanitarian visa, or an international student
• Enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate (coursework) student with an Australian higher education provider
• Normally have completed at least the second year of an undergraduate degree
• Not a full-time, continuing employee of Monash University

Nationality: Australian and international students are eligible to apply.

Entrance Requirement: Applicants have completed at least the second year of an undergraduate degree.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirement: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

Students from a university other than Monash must provide their academic record (transcript) by the application closing date, either by:
