- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for any subject offered by the state or state-funded higher education institutions in Bavaria.
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Graduates with appropriate citizenship from the eligible countries.
- The scholarship is intended to finance postgraduate studies (Master’s programs), PhDs, or one-year research stays.
- The one-year scholarship can generally be extended twice for up to three years.

Why the grant isn’t available for the students from Tajikistan?
At the time of the USSR we were with both of these countries and Tajikistan but why your coordinator’s program accepts students from all the USSR countries but you can not accept only Tajikistan. Of course there’s a reason, right? Or there’s nationalism here ;)
