- PhD Position which is available immediately for an initial two-year appointment in the Innate Immunity/Leishmania research group (head: Dr. rer. nat. Ulrike Schleicher and Prof. Dr. med. Christian Bogdan).
- Applicants should hold a Diploma/MSc degree in biological sciences or related areas, they should have a strong interest in basic research and be ambitious and motivated to work in competitive fields of biomedical research.
- Laboratory experience in any of the following areas (e.g. parasitology, immunology, microbiology, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, analysis of transgenic or knockout mice) would be helpful.
