Uppsala University invites young, ambitious researchers to apply for PhD Position in Sweden. The position is available for Swedish applicants to conduct research in survivability and risk reduction of offshore renewable energy systems.
The aim of the position is to improve the ability to prevent and deal with risks in society by raising awareness of the dynamics and consequences of natural hazards.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following area for the scholarship:
- Candidate with a MSc in engineering or science, preferably with focus on numerical modelling and offshore engineering. A strong motivation and ability to work independently is desirable, and good verbal and written skills in English are required. Programming skills will be considered as merits.
Nationality: Swiss applicants are eligible for the position.
