Eligibility

  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded for a PhD in Innovation in Services in the Public and Private Sectors (INSEPP), focusing on law, contracts, and clear language.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
  • Hold a master’s degree in law or equivalent (normally 120 ECTS, including a 30 ECTS thesis).

  • Have an average grade of B or better in the master’s programme.

  • Demonstrate strong academic and personal qualifications for doctoral study.

  • Possess good proficiency in English (oral and written); documentation required for non-native speakers.

  • Proficiency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is preferable but not mandatory.

  • Submit a project proposal (2,000 words) explaining the research plan, academic relevance, and intended methods.
