Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following criteria:

Ideally possess experience in machine learning, quantum chemical software (e.g., ORCA, Gaussian), and catalyst modeling.

Possess foundational knowledge in organometallic chemistry and homogeneous catalysis.

Practical skills in synthesizing and handling air- and moisture-sensitive compounds and using analytical techniques such as NMR, IR, and GC/MS.
