Graduate School of Biomedical Science & Engineering, and Department of Medicine, College of Medicine, Hanyang University is inviting applications for postdoctoral and PhD students positions.

University seeks a motivated postdoctoral researcher and/or a PhD student in computational genomics. The successful candidate will:

Develop and implement novel computational methods (including novel gene predictions analyses) for large-scale genome analyses;
Explore the integration of new data types into such methods;
Apply these methods to whole-genome sequencing data sets;
Collaborate with internal and external partners

Required qualifications:
PhD/Master‘s degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, statistics, or a related field
Proficiency in a programming language such as C++, Java or Python, etc
Strong interest in working with genomic data
Good communication skills in spoken and written English
