- Eligible Countries: All nationalities
- Eligible Course or Subjects: PhD degree in Real-time modelling of future distribution networks for the transition to the Distribution System Operation model.
- Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants should have a First-or Second-Class UK honours degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or Computer Science. An MSc in a relevant subject is highly desirable. Knowledge of power system operation, distributed power generation, and real-time simulation with programming skills in Matlab and SIMULINK is required. Experience with real-time tools is advantageous.
