Applicants are invited for the Santander graduate awards which are offering by the Santander Group at the University of Oxford.

Since 1997, Santander Universities has been the focus of Santander’s corporate social responsibility activities. Between 1996 and 2011, Santander has channeled over £500 million into sponsorship of academic, research and technological projects in support of higher education. Oxford is one of the nearly 1,000 universities that collaborate with the Santander Universities Global Division.  In addition to the Santander Graduate Awards, Santander also funds academic travel grants, which are open to Oxford graduate students.

Eligibility

• Applicants who are resident in non-EEA countries should be intending to return to their country of ordinary residence on completion of their studies.
• Candidates must be applying to start a full-time one-year Master’s course (only degree bearing courses), with the exception of BCL, MJur, MBA, EMBA, MFE, PGCE. Deferred students are not eligible.
• Please ensure you meet the requirements for entry to your course, including English language requirements.
• Deferred students are not eligible.
• Your first or any earlier degree must be from a university in the Santander Universities Network. -Santander Graduate Awards are made on the basis of academic excellence.

Scholarship Open for International Students: The students of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Germany, Mexico Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Uruguay,Venezuela,UK, and the USA can apply for this scholarship.

The number of awards offered: 12 Santander Graduate Awards are available to support candidates applying for a full-time one-year Master’s degree  (except BCL, MJur, MBA, EMBA, MFE), and will last one year.

Duration of award: Scholarship is offered for one year.

What does it cover? The value of the award is £5,000. The award is tenable for one year only. Some awards may be offered in conjunction with the Clarendon Fund Scholarship and therefore would be part of a fully-funded scholarship package.
