The eligibility criteria for the scholarship at RWTH Aachen University require applicants to be completing a full degree program at the university with foreign citizenship, having obtained their university entrance qualification from a non-German school abroad. Applicants must have studied for at least two semesters at RWTH Aachen University, maintaining good to very good academic performance.
