The University of Sydney is an Australian public research university in Sydney, Australia. Founded in 1850, it is Australia’s first university and is regarded as one of its most prestigious. The purpose of this award is to encourage international candidates commencing their studies in the Masters program in the School of Information Technologies in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies.

Applicants must have a minimum grade point average in your previous degree. If English is not the first language, applicants will need to have either: successfully completed tertiary studies in which the language of instruction, examination and assessment was English, or completed an English proficiency test, with results as required by each course.

Eligibility::

  • Eligible Countries: International Students can apply for these endowments.
  • Entrance Requirements: To be eligible, Applicants must have an unconditional offer of admission for one of the following coursework programs:
    • Master of Information Technology (MIT),
    • Master of Information Technology Management (MITM), or
    • (MIT/MITM) within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies at the University of Sydney.

    Applicants must have achieved a minimum distinction average (equivalent to 75 at the University of Sydney) in their undergraduate studies.

    Students who have already commenced their studies in one of the above named programs in the Faculty, or that transfer into one of those programs from another postgraduate program are not eligible.
