Applications are invited for a graduate assistantship in Entrepreneurship situated within the School of Management in Edinburgh Napier Business School. Applicants should hold a first class or upper second class honours or master’s degree in a discipline relevant to the area of study. Proposals should focus on some aspect of Innovation and Enterprise in particular. The GTA award will cover tuition fees to Home/EU level and will provide a living allowance (stipend), currently £15,249 per annum. Overseas students are eligible to apply, but will be liable to pay the difference between home/EU and overseas fees.

The successful candidate would be expected to contribute to teaching in the area of Entrepreneurship in the School of Management.

Applicants should submit a clear proposal for their research programme (no more than 1500 words) that demonstrates an understanding of the background to the area and outlines the questions that the applicant is interested in researching. Please quote reference GTA/2014/02 on all application documents. Candidates whose first language is not English must meet the University’s English language requirements. The application must include two copies of the following documents:
