    The eligibility criteria states that to be eligible for the bursary, the applicants must have to enrol in a new program before submitting a scholarship application. Does this mean I have to apply for enrolment in my interested course at this institution and get selected before I apply for the scholarship program…need some clarification here. Thank you.
