The candidate will implement instruments for natural resources sustainable management, at a watershed scale, using the potential of information and communication technologies to improve data and communication among local, regional, and national decision-makers and stakeholders.

( votes)The ideal candidate should have a Master degree, DEA or equivalent from a renown academic institution in the field of Information technologies or/and environmental engineering. He or she should have advanced skills in computer science and programming, have skills in hydrology and watershed management, be open to interdisciplinary and participatory approaches, be able to work and write in French and English, and be citizen of an African country.
