- Eligible Countries: Candidates coming in from regions outside of China are eligible to apply.
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded to a graduate degree program offered by the university.
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China and be in good health both mentally and physically.
- Applicants must be pre-admitted by Tsinghua University
- Applicants are not offered other scholarships, which include tuition support.

- How to Apply: Applicants should complete an Online Application. Tuition Scholarship candidates are selected from outstanding pre-admitted applicants according to their intention of the scholarship application in the application portal for graduate admission.
- Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:

- Academic transcripts
- Two academic recommendation letters
- Passport personal information page
- Admission Requirements: Students must have to meet the admission requirements for enrolling at the university.
