I would like to apply for doctoral degree in educational leadership and policy development. I come from Africa, particularly from South Sudan. I recently got MSc in educational leadership and management from the University of Southampton in England in 2018. So I am still required to submit evidence of my language proficiency if I am to apply for your award for Doctoral studies. Many thanks for your time to answer my question.
