UCD Global Excellence graduate funding opportunities in Ireland, 2017

University College Dublin is offering global excellence graduate funding opportunities for the academic year 2016-2017. Awards are applicable for full time Masters programmes, this is excluding all programmes in the Smurfit School of Business, joint masters programmes, clinical programmes, online programmes and the MSc in Digital Investigation & Forensic Computing. These opportunities are awarded on the basis of merit and will cover 50% to 100% tuition fees.

Study Subject(s): The studentships are awarded for most Graduate Taught Masters offered by UCD with exception of all programmes in the Smurfit School of Business, joint masters programmes, clinical programmes, online programmes and the MSc in Digital Investigation & Forensic Computing.
Course Level: The studentships are available for pursuing master programme at University College Dublin.

the program Program is funded by UCD International and aims to attract excellent candidates to the UCD’s graduate programs and encourage early application. The sponsorship will cover the awarded amount against one year of tuition fees. In order to be eligible to apply for this advertised scholarship, applicants must have ‘Offer’, ‘Conditional Offer’, ‘Accept’ or ‘Conditional Accept’ status associated with their application.

Number of award(s): There are four 50% tuition fee programme available for Hong Kong, Japan, Korea or Taiwan; seven 50% tuition fee programme for India; ten 50% tuition fee programme for Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam or Singapore; eight 50% tuition fee programme two 100% tuition fee programme available for North America.

Duration of award(s): The sponsorship will cover the awarded amount against one year of tuition fees.

What does it cover? Scholarship covers 100% and 50% tuition fee for Africa, China Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, North America and Brazil. For India, only 50% tuition fee is covered.

Selection Criteria: Successful candidates will be selected on merit paired with a holistic review of their application.

Notification: Decisions will be made by the program Committee and candidates will be notified within two weeks of the committee decision. All decisions are final.
