A degree in Housing, Construction, Engineering or Architecture is required. Knowledge of the property and building sector is preferred. Apex is looking for a team player who is not afraid to work independently when required and use their own initiative.

Apex is the industry leader in airspace construction. Apex Airspace Development converts airspace above building rooftops into apartment living, we are a pioneering private property company based in Baker Street in London, and we are looking for Property Interns to join our highly experienced and growing team. Airspace is unused space atop residential, commercial and public rooftops which can be developed to accommodate modest apartment living. New apartments can be developed using off-site modular construction to maximize their space and potential.
