University of Saskatchewan International Dean’s Scholarship Program in Canada, 2018

The University of Saskatchewan is inviting applications for International Dean’s Scholarship Program. These scholarships are awarded for pursuing master or doctoral program at the university.

The University of Saskatchewan is a Canadian public research university, founded in 1907, and located on the east side of the South Saskatchewan River in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing master and doctoral programme.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.

Scholarship Award: For Master’s: $18,000 for up to two years and Doctoral: $22,000 for up to three years.

Scholarship can be taken in Canada

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Register for the first time in a thesis or dissertation based program at the U of S Entrance GPA of at least 85%
  • Show evidence of previous research productivity as demonstrated by authorship of refereed journal publications or conference presentations/publications

Nationality: International students are eligible to apply.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have undergraduate degree.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirement: All international applicants for whom English is not the native tongue must provide proof of competence in the English language.

How to Apply: Nominations for International Dean’s scholarships are made by academic units after you’ve applied.

Application Deadline: The application deadlines are: Round 1: December 1, 2017 and Round 2: February 2018.
