- be full-time NUS undergraduate students in the academic year 2019-20 for Steve Appleton-Micron Scholarship, be full-time NUS full-time Engineering students in their third (3rd) and fourth (4th) year of undergraduate studies in electrical, computer, mechanical or chemical engineering with a specialization in Semiconductor manufacturing, design or related activities in the academic year 2019/20.
- have strong leadership qualities and potential
- have outstanding extra-curricular activities records, and
- have GCE ‘A’ levels, Diploma from a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent qualifications (e.g. International Baccalaureate)
