- The Scholarship is open for South Africans learners/students in supporting them to further their studies at public Higher Education Institutions in South Africa.
- Applications for the Bursary are open for the 2016 financial year and the Bursary is restricted to students who are registered for the following Degrees/Diplomas/ B.Tech or NATED / NCV Programmes which are related to the Wholesale and Retail Sector Scarce Skills priorities
