German Bundestag offers International Parliamentary scholarships to highly qualified, dedicated, open-minded and politically interested young men and women who have the will to shape the democratic future of their country actively and responsibly. in Germany. Study Subject (s): The scholarship holders are enrolled in the summer semester as a student at the Humboldt University in Berlin and at the request as a side listener in one of the other universities.
