University of Auckland offers 140 doctoral scholarships for international and domestic students enrolled or intending to enroll in doctoral study. Scholarship covers up to $25,000 plus compulsory fee and are offered for up to 3 years, with a 6 months extension. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit. The closing date for applications is 1 July, 2014 and 1st August 2014.

Secondary Teachers’ Study Support Grant
Study support grants are available to fully registered teachers through the provisions of the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement (STCA). Applications are invited for Fulbright-Clinton Fellowship, formerly known as the Fulbright Public Policy Fellowship for 2015/16 academic year. Fellowship is awarded for 10 months from approximately September/October 2014 to approximately June/July 2015. Fulbright-Clinton Fellows will spend 32 hours per week in their professional assignments and 8 hours per week pursuing related academic projects. The deadline for applications is October 14, 2014.

Avondale Education Scholarships for Undergraduate Students
Education scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate degree level at Avondale College of Higher Education in Australia. Students of Australia or New Zealand can apply for the scholarships. Around 16 education scholarships will be offered for one year. The Education scholarship is worth $2,000 ($1,000 for each semester) for one year of study for students enrolled in the Education undergraduate degree. Applications will close on 15 July 2014 for new students.

The James Patterson Teacher Education Scholarships
Education scholarships are available to full-time first-year freshmen in the College of Education. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need. Eight education scholarships amount $5,850 towards cost of attendance. US students can apply for these education scholarships. The closing date of applications is July 21, 2014.

John R. McCarthy Education Scholarship
The scholarship is awarded to a student who graduated with at least second-class standing from either a three-year or four-year program in the Faculty of Arts. Applicants must be currently enrolled in the Faculty of Education at Nipissing in the Fall Session immediately following graduation. Applications must be submitted by November 1, each year.

Minority Teacher Education Scholarship
Florida Fund for Minority Teachers is offering Minority Teacher Education Scholarship for resident of the State of Florida. Applicants must be a junior and have not earned a baccalaureate degree in Education. The annual amount of the Minority Teacher Education Scholarship is $4,000. Students may be eligible to receive the scholarship for up to two consecutive years. The application deadlines are August 1, 2014 (fall) and November 15, 2014 (spring).

Primary Principals’ and Teachers’ Study Award
Application information for the 2015 Primary Principals’ and Teachers’ Study Award is available for New Zealand students. Applicants must leave opportunity available to a teacher or principal to complete part-time or full-time study in an agreed educational priority area. Each year there are 75 full time teacher equivalent (FTTE) study awards available to teachers and principals. The application deadline is 7 July 2014.

Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation Award
