Eligibility:
- International applicants who are currently enrolling or who graduated from the eligible universities of Graduate Scholarship for Excellent Graduate Students Program
- International applicants who applied for Fall 2017 Admission of SNU.
- Students who applied for the designated departments which participate with the GSFS Program for Fall 2017.
- Demonstrate financial need
