( votes)In recognition of their high quality of education and achievement, the top graduate in each APTECH center in Nigeria who wants to articulate to Middlesex Dubai, and is eligible to enroll in Year 2 or Year 3 of our undergraduate programmes, will receive a 20% scholarship towards tuition fees.
All other ATPECH graduates who articulate to our undergraduate programmes and are eligible to enroll in Year 2 or Year 3, will receive a 10% tuition grant (Middlesex University Dubai – APTECH Articulation Grant).
Middlesex University Dubai enables APTECH students to enter either Year 2 or Year 3 of BSc Information Technology or BSc Business Information Systems.
Award:
- APTECH students entering into Year 3 are able to redeem a 20% scholarship towards the total tuition fees.
- APTECH students entering into Year 2 are able to redeem a 10% scholarship towards the total tuition fees.
- Be aware that the year of entry is dependent on the programme studied at APTECH. All scholarships and grants offered by the University are subject to approval.

I take pleasure in submitting my application for the above post.
I am a qualified Mechanical Fitter/Technician who has undergone apprenticeship training at Carlsberg Malawi Brewery Ltd for three years from Lilongwe Technical College.
From January1999 up to November 2001 I was a trainee Mechanical Fitter at Carlsberg Malawi Brewery Ltd a Company from Denmark and January 2002 up to February 2006 I was an employee at the same Company working as a Maintenance Technician. A Company which has a high speed air controlled, pneumatic, hydraulic and computerized Machines which runs 48000 bottles per hour. My employer’s overriding objectives were to ensure that the overall production efficiency must be within the approved target. Hence my responsibilities included maintenance of machines, training other Technicians, planning for overhaul, help in ordering of spares etc.
And from 1 March 2006 up to date I am an employee of ESCOM working as Mechanical & Electrical Fitter. My employer’s mission is to optimize the use of asset, develop the market potential and provide Electrical energy and related service to stake-holders’ satisfaction. Hence my responsibilities includes Maintenance of Transformers, clearing faults, fabricating things, Installation of Transformers, Breakers and any other Engineering duties assigned by my boss.
My practical experience, technical understanding of all relevant Engineering issues and my intention to develop to pursue a career in Engineering should ensure my consideration for further studies.
