Eligibility Criteria

    • Identify as female.
    • Commence studies in the UK by September/October 2024.
    • Have applied and received an offer to study at Imperial College London for an eligible program.
    • Meet all academic entry requirements.
    • Demonstrate financial need and socio-economic background.
    • Commit to returning to their home country for at least two years after completing the course.
    • Show engagement in STEM fields with work experience or a proven interest.
    • Express willingness to contribute to capacity-building and socio-economic advancement post-graduation.
    • Present a plan to engage women and girls in STEM from their home country.
    • Agree to act as an ambassador for the UK and engage in alumni activities.

Benefits

Successful candidates will receive full tuition coverage, an annual stipend, and return economy-class flights from their home country to the UK. Additionally, the scholarship covers related expenses such as English language test fees (if required), visa application, and Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) surcharge. Award holders will be notified by email of their selection no later than 28th June 2024.
